  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national and regional holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or unavoidable delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Costs and Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order.
  • The shipping fee is final and payable at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in promotional offers or agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic shipments typically take 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery timelines may extend up to two weeks depending on courier service and external conditions.
  • For out-of-stock items, we will ship available items immediately and send remaining items as soon as they are restocked.

  • Any applicable import duties or taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If duties or taxes are refused and the goods are returned to Stelzo, we will refund the value of the goods minus shipping and return shipping costs.
