Refund Policy

At Stelzo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing quality refurbished spare parts that are tested before dispatch. Since our products are refurbished and sold at discounted rates, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds will only be processed if the item:

Arrives in a non-functional state (dead on arrival) and
Cannot be repaired or replaced with an equivalent part.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Items damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or modification by the customer.
Products showing signs of wear and tear after delivery.
Parts sold under "Clearance" or "As-Is" category.
Delay in shipping due to courier or third-party logistics.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Replacements

Wherever possible, we will first offer a replacement for defective parts instead of a refund.
Replacement is subject to availability of the same or equivalent item.

5. Liability Disclaimer

All refurbished parts are sold “As-Is” with limited functional warranty as specified at purchase.
Stelzo is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Losses due to incorrect installation, incompatibility with your device, or usage beyond intended purpose.
